After having the led fail, they send a replacement without having to post it back, just prove it's broken. 2nd one also failed(my lucks awful) and they provided me with a 100$ gift code so i grabbed a mystery box, happy with that for the price, love the shirt, if id kept both originals they would have refunded but i binned them . Really good customer service. Bianca is awesome👌
